Palate Profile
The pale straw colour and aromas of ripe citrus fruits indicate Cloudy Bay Marlborough Pelorus Brut chardonnay's origins. A layered bouquet of apple and lemon citrus complements fresh bready notes derived from two years bottle ageing on lees. The deliciously crisp palate displays toasty creamy complexity.

Delicious full-flavoured style with toasty, yeasty Chardonnay fruit... long, soft, creamy palate with good mousse, weight and structure.
Lots of cracked yeast and bread, white peach and citrus – complexity and intensity here. Full flavoured, briney and high impact, with fine acidity and an attractive bubbly mouth-feel. Has some Champagne character, yet also has individual style and quality. Very good. Surprisingly so.
A creamy, citrus and vanilla-saturated oak nose precedes a round, full bodied mouthfeel. Elegant flavours of fresh citrus fruit and cream are followed by nutty and spicy hints. A fresh dose of crisp green apple appears on the finish.
