"Dried white currant and dried lemon peel create a lifted, intense but also very pure nose. The palate picks up these zesty notions and uses them to corral generous ripeness that suggests gilded, glowing, almost candied pear and Mirabelle plum. All the while there is a zesty, peppery savoriness that tingles around the edges, despite the undeniable heat, power and drive."

"2018 Vintage Highly aromatic notes of glowingly ripe, juicy pear also have an edge of bergamot. This aromatic sophistication carries over onto the palate where pithy, zesty citrus provides lots of concentration. The result is totally mouthwatering in a salty fashion that is utterly moreish and very refreshing. This is racy, taut and packed with flavor."
