A careful selection of grapes and an accurate vinification for a fine sparkling wine made with the Charmat Method. Straw yellow colour with greenish glints. The perlage is fine and persistent and the aroma is pleasantly fruit. Taste is soft, flavoursome with a long-lasting finish.
