Palate Profile
The Morey Saint Denis premier cru cuvée is born on a slightly sloping terroir whose soil is quite thick, located to the north of the appellation.
The winemaker has chosen subtly dosed oak aging with 25% new. The ruby red color releases an expressive bouquet with aromas of red fruits and particularly raspberry.
The fine and fragrant mouth is embellished with floral aromas that delicately lead to a finish of medium length.

A ripe, fresh and layered array with notes of red currant, black cherry, earth and a hint of spice character. Rich, supple and round medium weight flavors possess a caressing mouthfeel that contrasts considerably with the powerful and slightly rustic backend that is relatively tightly wound. This muscular effort possesses excellent depth though the finish is anything but refined.
