Ayala Rosé Majeur marvelously embodies the originality and refinement of the House’s wines. Its uniqueness stems from a blend made up of 50% Chardonnay, the House’s iconic grape variety, bringing unparalleled freshness and finesse.
When it comes to blending and vinification, nothing is left to chance. The Pinots Noirs, originating from the best crus on the Montagne de Reims, are handled here with emphasis on fruit rather than structure.

Very attractive, bright strawberry and blueberry aromas here. Superb freshness and attractive fragrance with focused, fine textural detail on the palate.
The NV Brut Rosé Majeur is also outstanding and offers a slightly exotic style in its floral, spicy, raspberry-scented aromas. This medium-bodied Champagne has sharp acidity, solid balance, and a clean, lengthy finish.
Aromatic notes of fresh basil, spice and citrus zest accent the juicy white cherry and biscuit flavors of this fresh rosé Champagne. The firm, focusing acidity is well-meshed to the fine mousse and flavor range.
