Wolf Blass Grey Label Barossa Valley Shiraz 2016
RRP HK$350
"Very deep, dense, dark red/purple colour. The bouquet is super-ripe and almost jammy, with rich, opulent qualities, but the palate is more serious with firm, tight structure and full-body, backed up by abundant dry, savoury tannins. A big, solid wine with liberal but balanced oak and appealingly fleshy palate texture. It's big but already approachable."
Huon Hooke, The Real Review. 94/100
Castelforte Amarone Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2016
RRP HK$290
"Strawberry, violet and peony aromas are complicated by hints of candied violet and cinnamon. Then juicy, bright and dense with sneaky concentration and density to the very suave red cherry and sweet spice flavors. Finishes very long, and remarkably light and lively on the palate, with wonderful balance. Marvelous Amarone that is more about grace than power. Alcohol 15.0%"
Luca Maroni, 97 Points
Monasterio de las Viñas Gran Reserva 2012
RRP HK$190
“This polished red shows harmony and balance, with black cherry, plum, black olive, licorice and mineral notes mingling over light, firm tannins and balsamic acidity [Gran Reserva].” - Wine Advocate
Bold and complex. A superb Blend of garnacha, tempranillo and cariñena, with lots of tannins. A glass-coating opaque purple colour it has greater density and grip than the Reserva cuvee. With layers of ripe, sweet and juicy dark plum and cherry fruit. Well balanced, with nice medium acidity. Aromas of subtle oak add to this intensely satisfying wine.

Domäne Wachau Riesling Terrassen Federspiel 2019
RRP HK$210
"Spicy and fruity with mineral, stone and steel. Dried lime and lemon zest. Medium-bodied and zesty and fruity at the end. Gorgeous and vibrant."
92 Points, James Suckling
"2019 Vintage Crushed yuzu-leaf notions on the nose spell vivid, aromatic, green- and yellow-tinged freshness. The palate intensifies this, with zesty intensity on a slender, dry and utterly citrusfilled body. A pithy edge lends texture and concentration. If you need refreshment, this is it. Lip-smackingly good."
91 Points, Wine Enthusiast, 2019 Vintage
Giesen Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2019
RRP HK$180
"Light, fresh sauvignon blanc with gentle lime juice, gooseberry, green capsicum and a suggestion of passionfruit flavours. An attractive wine with good varietal identity and appealing mouth-watering acidity, with a pleasantly dry finish."
Bob Campbell, The Real Review. 89/100
Jean Moreau & Fils Chardonnay 2018
RRP HK$190
The grapes used to make this wine come from the South and West of France. The plots are made of terraces and gentle slopes with stony, clay-limestone and sandy soils, in order to get what we think a perfect expression of the Chardonnay: fresh and fruity, yet round and fleshy.
On the nose the wine isIntense with a hint of citrus, then complex with notes of honey and fresh fruit. The palate is fleshy and fresh, it boasts an impressively fruity, long-lasting finish.
Perfect with white meat, grilled fish and seafood. Or simply alone as an aperitif.
