Robert Oatley Craigmoor Botrytis is a blend of 10% Semillon with 90% Sauvignon Blanc grapes which were naturally infected with the ‘noble rot’ botrytis cinerea fungus to retain maximum fruit flavours and aromas.
Craigmoor Botrytis is a pale white gold coloured wine. The vibrant and attractive nose exhibits rich citrus aromas, with light spicy notes evident in the background. The juicy and sweet palate is filled with citrus flavours and balanced by mineral acidity to lead the wine to a lively and refreshing climax.
