Following careful cluster sorting, the must is fermented in a combination of small French oak vats and stainless steel tanks. The wine is gently pressed off and aged in barrel, and the components are hand selected by our winemakers for exceptional richness, complexity and old-vine character. Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, guava, black pepper on the nose. Flavors of dark cherry and blackberry, intermingled with exotic flavors of guava and a touch of black pepper on the palate.
