Palate Profile
Located in the world-famous village of Aÿ at the base of the chalky Montagne de Reims. On the nose, the wine is rich with yeasty, bready notes. On the palate, the initial impression is of red fruits which then turns into crisp citrus and honey notes. The finish is bright and clean.

This is very dry with apple, praline and pie-crust character. It’s full, layered and gorgeous with a lovely, creamy texture. The base is from the 2017 vintage, one third each of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. 41% of reserve from previous years, such as 2016 and 2015.
Ripe apple, toast point, preserved lemon and honeycomb aromas and flavors lead the way in this elegant version. Featuring a lacy mousse and a bright spine of well-meshed acidity. The pretty flavor range transitions to chalky minerality on the finish.
In the delicate, elegant style that is the Deutz house hallmark, this Champagne is beautifully understated, with its balance and touches of toast in harmony. This bottling is ready to drink.
