Millésimé is the choice of an exceptional year, a meticulous selection of the Grands Crus of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This unique cuvee enter the composition of a future iteration of the Grand Siècle. A wine exceptionally expressing the character of a Laurent-Perrier-style. The year 2015 was characterized by extreme climatic conditions: a soft and rainy winter that passed to a contrasted spring with a period of low temperatures followed by a strong heat. The month of September, fresh and dry, allowed the grapes ripen to perfection.
