    Palate Profile

    Rich, ripe and explosive, this 2020 Shiraz displays vibrant blueberry, plum and notes of dark chocolate. The voluptuous palate of blue and black berries is layered with coffee, vanilla cream and liquorice spice. A beautifully dynamic and balanced wine, with a round and creamy finish, the Blue Eyed Boy exceeds all expectations.

    Critic Awards

    Deep red/purple colour, and a rich black-fruit aroma, laced with star anise and licorice, the palate rich and fruit-sweet, sumptuously-flavoured and opulent, the tannins ample but very soft and supple. A luxurious but also elegant wine. 1
