    Palate Profile

    Glowing in the glass, the yellow gold core flutters as the pale straw rim swirls. Immediate aromas of Meyer lemon, jasmine, yellow chrysanthemum and a hint of fresh cut pineapple and Maldon sea salt come from the glass in layers. On the palate, a silky and opulent entry of juicy yellow peach and nectarine is balanced by a vibrantly elegant finish of lemon zest, almond praline and toffee.

    Critic Awards

    The 2019 Chardonnay Mannequin offers up bold, brazen scents of baked apples, honeydew melons and guava with an undercurrent of toasty oak and almonds plus a waft of brioche. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has lovely freshness and a pleasantly oily texture with well-knit toasty oak and a long, spicy finish.

    Firm and focused, leaning into notes of nutmeg, dried ginger and salted caramel to complement the pear, melon and citrus flavors at the core, with a fresh thread of acidity weaving in and out. Drink now.
