Palate Profile
Pulenta VII Gran Corte features a bold red color with dark hues, cherry, plum and black fruits, with spices such as thyme, oregano and pepper. very balanced acidity, harmonious tannins.
This wine pairs ideally with red meat, pizza, pasta and cheese.
Based at Alto Agrelo in Mendoza, Pulenta own 135 hectares including large plots in the finest sub regions of Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley. Many of these vineyards are situated at altitudes of between 3000 and 3,500 feet, which tempers the Mendoza heat and makes for more refined and balanced wines. All vineyards are operated on an organic basis and are irrigated from natural melted Andes snow water.
