Palate Profile
This brilliant blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Malbec represents the true richess of the Uco Valley. On the nose robust fruity aromas of cherry, jam and plum are presents. The mouthfeel combines ripe fruits with rich spices such as vanilla & chocolate from the oak. Great structure and smooth tannins, with a prolonged finish.
Oak Ageing: 10% new French oak & 90% 2nd use, for 12 months.
