Palate Profile
For this vintage the winemakers included Cabernet growing in the Uco Valley, an area considered to be too cold for a variety which enjoys warm temperatures. Once again, nature defied the odds and they achieved a remarkable ripeness and great natural acidity.
The wine is intense garnet red with spicy notes stand out over smoked notes. Great intensity of ripe fruits such as currant and sour cherry. Hints of white pepper highlight its aromatic frame. Ripe, rounded, with typical varietal austerity and firm tannins.
