Palate Profile
Produced with a short maceration on the skins of the red berries to give it its typical rosé colour and characteristic aromas.
The wine is a coral pink colour with delicate floral notes of rose and lavender, with a delicate hint of fruity notes. In the mouth it is soft and fresh, pleasant and elegant, confirming the floral and fruity scents.
As an aperitif, it goes well with pizzas and focaccia, mixed salads and cold vegetable dishes.
