Palate Profile
Trimbach is a winery located in the medieval city of Ribeauvillé. It was founded in 1626 by the Trimbach family, who have been at the helm for 13 generations. It has about 15,000 hectares of vineyards, some 1,600 of which are classified as Grand Cru. It produces elegant and structured wines with great aging potential.
This wine is a pale bright yellow straw color. Aromas of lemon peel, honeyed fruit, and menthol on the nose. Ripe, supple and rich, yet lean and precise with excellent mineral character.
