Source blocks were selected for spice and lift, representing a fresher and more layered version of ‘Barossa Valley shiraz’. 15% whole bunch used to increase spice and structure, with 100% old, French oak allowing fruit to take the fore.
Bright purple colour, gentle Shiraz aromas, heaps of smooth, rich flavours rearing to go right now, with classy tight tannins, making it a great food wine. Simply a modern, fresh and fruit-driven wine. A lighter, brighter style of Shiraz designed for drinking young. This wine can age up to 10 years.
