Palate Profile

>This 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc comes from a single vineyard called 'La Cantera'. This vineyard is located within the coolest, westernmost reaches of the Casablanca Valley, 18 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean at 250 meters altitude, planted on an east-facing hillside of red clay of decomposed granite soils, with plenty of exposure to the sun and the marine breezes that characterize Casablanca. This Sauvignon Blanc is a new addition  and represents the top aromatic expression of Casablanca as visualized by New Zealand consultant, Sam Harrop MW.
