Normally, orders can be delivered within 3 working days (if stock is available and no pre-order items are included) after your time of purchase, with order cut-off time at 2:00pm. Additional charges - Please check with our staff for additional charges if your required delivery location is without lift service or there are stairs before accessing to lift location.
In some cases we may charge a re-delivery fee if the delivery cannot be made due to the recipient being unavailable or no access to a building. Additionally, any requests to change the delivery location on the same day as a previously arranged delivery may incur an additional charge.
