Crafted from 100% Shiraz, Capel Vale Regional Series Mount Barker Shiraz offers vibrant aromas of violets, bramble, and spice, with a lush palate of dark berry fruits, plum, and velvety tannins.

Harvested from the Mount Barker vineyard, this wine reflects over 30 years of viticultural expertise. Perfect for drinking young or cellaring 5-8 years, Capel Vale Regional Series Mount Barker Shiraz pairs beautifully with red meats or aged cheeses. 

Critic awards

Spiced and peppery character with ripe dark berries, cardamom, licorice and hints of wet asphalt. Full-bodied, structured and tense with polished tannins and steady acidity coming through. Juicy, dark-fruited finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
