The 2021 Casalforte Pinot Nero IGT Veronese is a refined expression of Pinot Noir from Italy's Veneto region, crafted by Cantine Riondo under their premium Casalforte label. This vintage showcases a vibrant ruby red hue and offers a complex aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruits like cherries and strawberries, complemented by subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it presents a harmonious structure with soft, velvety tannins and a long, persistent finish, leaving pleasant notes of fruit and spices. 

Aged in oak barriques for six months, the wine develops additional layers of vanilla and cinnamon, enhancing its complexity. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it maintains a balanced profile that pairs well with red meat dishes, aged cheeses, and cured meats. Overall, the 2021 Casalforte Pinot Nero IGT Veronese offers a delightful and elegant experience, reflecting the excellence of the Veneto region's winemaking tradition.
