Blackberries and blueberries with notes of peppery spice. Full bodied, with structure and freshness. Clean and long finish. Will reward careful cellaring.

The product of different sectors of the Casas del Bosque Vineyard in the Las Dichas zone of the Casablanca Valley, this has the classic notes of a cold-climate syrah—touches of bacon and spices—and a layer of ripe black fruits that are balanced by an acidity that comes from the cold breezes of the Pacific. A wine for lamb stew.
