Profile

The Château Minuty Rose et Or is an award winning, vibrant and expressive style of rosé that combines zestful aromas with an intense freshness allowing the fruit to fully embody the wine. This Côtes de Provence rosé is a blend of carefully selected, hand-picked Grenache and Tibouren grapes, made from only the free-run juice. Wonderfully, pale in colour the Rose et Or displays notes of citrus fruit and white flowers to the nose. The palate is complex with an exceptional freshness and finesse offering notes of pink grapefruit and white peach.

This vintage is all about elegance; the aromas of sun-drenched and freshly-picked ripe fruit ranging from vine peach and pear to melon. It's full and crisp on the palate, powerful yet pure like flavored spring water.

A rich wine, full of ripe red berry fruits and spice, this is balanced and perfumed. With a rounded character and plenty of acidity, the wine is ready to drink.

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), the 2022 Cotes de Provence Rose Rose et Or has a vibrant, lively bouquet with aromas of lime, grapefruit, red berries, spices and menthol. Medium-bodied, juicy and tense, the palate is pure and crystalline with a charming, delicate and fruity finish. Very classic but perfectly crafted.
