Mezcal Clase Azul is created using 100% Cenizo Agave, which grows wild in the state of Durango. The underground baking process produces sweet notes of peanut, brown sugar, honey, ash, wood and chocolate. The fermentation process using stone piles and red oak, contribute to notes of ripened fruit. Clase Azul Mezcal is truly unique from beginning to end!

Slowly savour the wide array of rich flavours in this mezcal that reveal themselves on the palate with each sip. You will taste, a sweetness some describe as like brown sugar, honey or chocolate. This sweetness is formed in the caramelisation of the Cenizo agave, plus an added gentle whisp of campfire wood. There are also hints of citrus, herbal notes and salt and  a lingering smooth and also smoky aftertaste.
