Adriano Adami is a celebrated family-owned winery from Italy’s Veneto region, known for producing high-quality Prosecco.
Founded in the 1920s by Abele Adami, the winery has grown over generations to become a leading name in the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area.
Known for their vibrant freshness, floral notes, and fine bubbles, Adriano Adami's Proseccos offer a refined taste of the region’s heritage, appealing to both casual drinkers and connoisseurs alike.
Col Fondo owes its name to the yeast activity. Once the yeast has consumed all the sugar in the grape must, its cells form a sediment (the fondo) on the bottom of the bottle, which over time contributes to an intriguing evolution of the wine.
