Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009 is a richly expressive and sensual Champagne — opulent in fruit yet incredibly refined in structure. The warm 2009 vintage allowed the Pinot Noir to reach extraordinary ripeness, giving the wine silky power, layered depth and a luminous, almost Burgundian intensity.
The nose is captivating and complex: wild strawberry, raspberry, cherry, blood orange, rose petal, dried flowers, spice, cocoa, warm brioche and a hint of smoke. On the palate it is voluptuous yet taut, with a seamless texture that combines red fruit purity, citrus energy, fine tannin from the red wine component, and savoury minerality.
The finish is long, elegant and subtly saline, showing both concentration and precision — the true DP signature.
