Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009 is a powerful, opulent expression of a warm, generous Champagne vintage. Blending around 56% Pinot Noir (including still red wine) with 44% Chardonnay, it shows deep aromas of raspberry, cherry, blood orange and pomegranate layered with subtle florals, spice and warm brioche. The palate is rich and full-bodied with a silky mousse, vibrant acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish that balances its ripe, fleshy fruit. It’s drinking beautifully now but has the structure to continue evolving in the cellar.
Critics have embraced this vintage for its depth and poise, with scores including 98/100 (Vinous), 97/100 (James Suckling), 96/100 (Wine Spectator) and 95/100 (Decanter) — confirming it as one of the standout Dom Pérignon Rosé releases of the last decade.
