This Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc blend is alluring and sophisticated; it is memorably lush with a tapestry of smooth tannins and succulent flavors of wild berries, plum and anise. Borrowing tradition of European wineries, they add gold netting to bottle to signify outstanding quality of wine.

Francis Ford Coppola Winery, re-opened in July 2010, is the latest venture from Francis Ford Coppola, whose passion for wine, food and adventure is nowhere more evident than in this new production – a winery resort located in the heart of Alexander Valley, California. Among the many attractions at the property, Francis Ford Coppola Winery features a wine tasting bar, two restaurants, swimming pools, a movie gallery, a performing arts pavilion and a park area with game tables and bocce courts.

Packaged in a bottle wrapped in gold netting, this Cabernet Sauvignon-based red possesses an Old World essence with aromas of boysenberry and balsamic. But California sunshine douses the palate lined in slate, black pepper, and fennel, adding to the wine's character with ripe black plum, dark chocolate, and mulling spices. A creamy texture arises midway and melts across the mouth.
