The flagship wine from Grant Burge, Meshach is a benchmark Barossa Shiraz with a reputation for extraordinary cellaring potential and regional authenticity. The 2018 vintage embodies the style in full: dense black fruit, purity of flavour, and remarkable depth are supported by a commanding tannin structure and finely judged acidity.

Layers of baking spice, earth, pressed flowers, and roasting meat unfold across the palate, harmonising with subtle notes of cedary oak. The wine is powerful yet poised, finishing long, balanced, and unmistakably true to its Barossan origins.
