Henri Giraud’s Dame-Jane Rosé is one of Champagne’s most distinctive rosés — vibrant, textural and seductive, shaped by fermentation in terracotta amphorae rather than oak. The result is a wine with purity, lift and mineral finesse, while still carrying the house’s signature richness.
The nose is expressive and inviting: wild strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, rose petal, citrus zest and subtle spice. On the palate it is silky and energetic, balancing fresh red fruits with savoury nuances, mineral grip and a fine creamy mousse. The amphora ageing adds soft earthiness and gentle texture without overt oak influence.
The finish is long, mouth-watering and elegant, with a clean saline line characteristic of Aÿ.
