Palate Profile
A blend of predominantly Chardonnay, supplemented with small amounts of Grenache Gris, Sauvignon Gris, and Petit Manseng. Vineyard is characterised by silty, sandy Miocene soils, interspersed with patches of clay. Vines planted on the south- eastern slope of the "Massif de La Clape," facing the sea. Harvest is fully manual, with individual grape selection. Fermented in 600-liter demi-muids, followed by aging on lees in French oak barrels for six months, with daily batonnage for the first two months.

The light gold-hued La Falaise Blanc offers up a young, still tight, medium-bodied style that carries plenty of honeyed citrus, melon, and orange blossom notes as well as a kiss of toasted bread. Beautifully textured, with bright, integrated acidity and a clean finish.
