Created on the foundations of a cellar built in the 17th Century located in Meursault, Les Parcellaires de Saulx embodies the heritage and the history of Burgundy wine houses.
The wine has an intense nose of blackcurrant, redcurrant and morello cherry, accompanied by subtle hints of violets and spices.
In the mouth it's clean, with a nice acidulous roundness. The structure is elegant with silky tannins. The finish is long and spicy.
