  "Like many modern McLaren Vale grenaches, this was only partially aged in wood, to give the fruit fuller expression. 70% stayed in stainless steel tanks, while 30% went into seasoned barrels for a year. Medium-deep red-purple; gentle meaty overtones to spiced red berry fruits. Very appealing aromas and flavours, raspberry/red cherry to blackberry, the palate medium bodied and soft textured, an easygoing wine that already drinks well. Utterly delicious."
