Selected Riesling wines from the winery have become a “sparkling” enjoyment thanks to the “méthode champenoise”: shows origin and high substance, but without losing the finesse and elegance of Riesling.
Riesling from the neighboring top vineyards of Kiedrich Gräfenberg, medium to deep soils made of stony-crusty phyllites with loess clay admixtures, southwest slopes, located around the winery, with gradients of up to 60%
Citrus-fresh scent, lemon juice, lime. The juicy palate develops a beautiful spice, combines a fine mousse and a lively acid nerve to create an impression of great drinkability and freshness.
Restrained on the nose, but still clearly Riesling. Delicate yellow fruit, apricot, some apple. Plus a touch of flint. On the palate with a fine yeast note, elegantly fine bubbles and with a hint of tannin in the finish.
