Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut NV is a golden colour, with very fine bubbles. On the nose, it has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit, and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, apple compote, and peaches.
On the palate, Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut NV is a subtle combination of structure, length, and vivacity. The bubbles are like velvet. Flavours of pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.
Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut NV is a precise blend of several harvests and, above all of reserve wines, which lend the wine all its structure and make it a reference of the Bollinger style.
