A rich, full-bodied and deeply expressive Amarone from the historic Valpolicella Classico zone. The 2020 Casalforte shows intense aromas of dried cherry, black plum, fig, raisin, dark chocolate and sweet spice, with the classic Amarone notes of tobacco, leather, and roasted almond emerging with air.

On the palate, it’s velvety and concentrated, delivering layers of ripe black fruits, mocha, cinnamon, clove and savoury dried herbs. The dried-grape appassimento technique brings beautiful richness, but the wine remains balanced with freshness and fine-grained tannins.
Finishes long, warm, and decadent — classic Amarone character.
