Originating from Burgundy, France, this variety dates back to 1989 in the Casablanca Valley, renowned for its high quality, medium-bodied and balanced wines.

This Pinot Noir comes from grapes selected from the hills of our vineyard, and is aged for 10 months in American oak barrels and Slavonian oak foudres.

The wine is bright ruby red in color, the nose exhibits aromas of red forest fruits combined with notes of earth and bramble, a bit of caramel and spice from the time spent in Slavonian oak. American wood contributes sweet notes evoking vanilla and coconut. Medium-bodied, fresh and balanced, elegant tannins and a long, clean finish.
