    Described by leading wine critic Robert Parker as "the finest Champagne house virtually no one has ever heard of". 

    Blanc de Craie is a 100% Chardonnay Champagne from the Montagne de Reims, vinified in 3 to 5 year old oak barrels made with wood from the Argonne Forest. Aged on lees for 3 years.

    Critic awards

    A subtle golden color shimmers while the nose exhibits notes of salty caramel and even maple syrup with a greenish overtone of moss. The palate is streamlined, salty, taut and bright, yet with just that rich, rounded depth. A lovely and sinuous and super -salty Champagne with a compellingly dry and taut finish.

    Fragrant, featuring graphite and spice notes, this rich Champagne offers a fine and lacy mousse, with mouthwatering acidity enlivening the profile of poached black cherry, coffee liqueur, brioche and lemon curd.

    Offers up aromas of citrus oil, fresh pear and linden blossom. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, vinous and satiny mtextured, with a delicate mousse, ripe but racy acids and a saline finish. Charming and structurally open- knit, it's already drinking well.
