Blanc de Craie is Henri Giraud’s purest, most mineral-driven expression — a Chardonnay Champagne of finesse, tension and chalky precision. It sits stylistically apart from the fuller oak-led Argonne and MV bottlings, favouring lift, clarity and saline definition.

The nose is bright and elegant: lemon blossom, white peach, green apple, oyster shell, chalk dust and subtle pastry. On the palate it is linear, refined and energetic, with crystalline citrus, delicate stone fruit, white flowers and a whisper of spice from gentle Argonne oak. The texture is sleek and silky, carried by a fine bead and a beautifully fresh acid line.
