Hommage au Pinot Noir is Henri Giraud’s tribute to the noble red grape of Aÿ — a Champagne of power, finesse, and deep textural complexity. It is one of the most expressive and character-driven Blanc de Noirs in Champagne.

The aroma is beautifully multilayered: red apple skin, Mirabelle plum, citrus oil, wild strawberry, nougat, spice, roasted nuts and mineral smoke. On the palate, it is rich, structured and finely chiselled, driven by ripe Aÿ Pinot Noir fruit. Expect flavours of red berries, blood orange, stone fruit, almond cream and subtle oak spice, all carried by a vibrant mineral line.

The finish is long, savoury, and elegant, showing both power and precision — classic Aÿ intensity with Giraud’s signature polish.
