Louis Latour Meursault Blanc 2024
The Louis Latour Meursault Blanc 2024 is a beautifully poised and contemporary expression of this iconic white Burgundy village — combining Meursault’s signature richness with the freshness and precision of a fine, balanced vintage.
Aromatically refined, the 2024 opens with notes of ripe pear, white peach and citrus blossom, followed by classic Meursault nuances of hazelnut, almond meal and a whisper of brioche. On the palate, it is generous yet controlled: creamy and layered in texture, but driven by bright acidity that keeps everything focused and elegant. Flavours of stone fruit, lemon curd and subtle spice glide across the palate, finishing long, savoury and mineral.
Fermented and matured in French oak barrels from the Latour family’s own cooperage, the oak is seamlessly integrated — adding depth and structure without ever overshadowing the fruit. This is Meursault in a polished, modern style: expressive, confident and beautifully balanced.
Already showing superb harmony, it will drink well young for its freshness and texture, yet has the structure to reward medium-term cellaring.
