Palate Profile
The wine is a pale, translucent gold, with radiant clarity and subtle glints of apple green. The nose is fresh and delicate, with distinctive aromas of white fruit and flowers. On the palate a n exceptional combination of freshness and finesse.
"I associate Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque with white orchids, which also happen to be my favourite flower. For me, this cuvée has the same combination of grace and elegance, delicacy and vibrancy, as well as the taut, structured quality of a white orchid." Séverine Frerson, cellar master of Perrier-Jouët
