Palate Profile
Grand Cru Chardonnay has been used to make this Champagne. Citrus, peach and white flower aromas evolve into a fresh and supple palate, ideal when married with oysters and sashimi.
The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is a great introduction to the house style. This elegant, fragrant wine offers up an array of smoke, toastiness, minerals, ripe pears and flowers. The medium-bodied NV Blanc de Blancs offers tons of clarity and precision at this level, with the lingering Ruinart sweetness on the finish.

This Champagne has a strong following and it's easy to see why with the attractive ripe chardonnay fruits delivering white and yellow peach, mango, nectarine and lemon cream aromas and flavors. Smooth, sorbet-like palate.
Beautifully balanced and refined in texture, this displays exotic ground spice and floral accents to the flavors of poached white peach, Meyer lemon and candied ginger, with hints of pastry and honey.
Very intense nose with sour green fruit and a strong salty note. This is very stylised and uncompromising, with loads of hard cheese and yeasty character. Not for mainstream palates, perhaps, but should satisfy most ardent fizzophiles.
