Profile

Bursting from the glass comes passionfruit pulp scooped out of the hull, guava and honeydew wedges. Aromas of subtle jasmine blossom and white grapefruit juice. The palate takes on more of a lemon citrus tone with nashi pear and crisp Johnny apple flesh. A luscious mouth feel is complemented by racy acidity and the wine finishes with a swift crispness that only the Hills can provide.

The purity and precision on display is textbook Adelaide Hills Sauvignon of wonderful harmony and deliciously fragrant allure. Wonderful lemon and lime with lily blossom lift, green apple crunch and electric acid purity. It holds outstanding line and length, crystalline-pure and delightful.

Pale, water-white colour; pungent intensity of aromas, peppermint lollies, background lemon juice and herbs both fresh and dried. Lively, delicate yet intense palate flavour, great varietal character and finishes clean and dry and long, with balanced but refreshing acidity and an emphatic farewell.
