The 2023 vintage is elegant and layered, opening with aromas of white peach, nectarine and citrus peel, supported by subtle notes of struck match, almond meal and finely integrated oak. On the palate, it is tightly structured yet textural, combining stone fruit and citrus flavours with vibrant natural acidity. The balance between fruit purity, savoury complexity and creamy mouthfeel is superb, carrying through to a long, focused and mineral finish.
