Eventhough it is a Honjozo, the rice polishing ratio has riched ginjo level of 59%, making it a Tokubetsu Honjozo. It has pear, apple, loquat and white flower aroma. Rounded and refreshing, delicate and with a mellow acidity, this Honjozo is perfect to drink it cold or hot
