It is also categorized as "Extra Dry," which, in sparkling wine lingo, means it is the next category of sweetness up from Brut. This wine has a fine food compatible flavour and can be used with a variety of main dishes or as an apéritif. It has a beautiful, clean fruity aromatic bouquet contains hints of flowers, honey and apple leading to a well-balanced, light and fresh palate. The mouth feel is a little creamier than the basic Brut style.
