Experience the magic of Lunar New Year and celebrate a beloved Chinese zodiac animal, the Rabbit! This year, Champagne Billecart-Salmon is yet again delighted to give carte blanche to KE Lin, Chinese Gongbi artist, to design a third limited-edition gift box in honor of our Brut Rosé Champagne.
The detailed and meticulous brush craftsmanship, a defining feature of traditional Gongbi style, elegantly comes to light in this painting inspired by LI Bai’s poem « Observing the Moon » (Tang Dynasty). As a nod to an endearing folklore character, the Jade Rabbit, the artist offers a glimpse into ancient Chinese art traditions, while introducing a visual interpretation of Maison Billecart-Salmon’s philosophy and motto « Give priority to quality, strive for excellence ».
Delicate laurus flowers with their pink hues, suggestive of Champagne Brut Rosé, portray a peaceful and idyllic scenery. While two jade rabbits are out on a joyful stroll under the moonlight, we see one of them captivated by the bright glow of the moon: the Year of the Rabbit shall be filled with new hopes and dreams, as well as long-awaited reunions between loved ones

Cinnamon and dried nutmeg add to the experience of bread dough and rose petals. Flavorful on the medium-bodied palate and finely poised with bright acidity. Medium-long on the finish.
The palest of rosés, this is an elegant, structured wine. Its dryness is balanced by the fine apple and red-currant fruits and the strong sense of minerality. Fragrant and lightly structured, this fine bottling is ready to drink.
A lively rosé Champagne with a pleasing, citrusy juiciness to the flavors of steeped raspberry, white peach and blanched almond. A subtle thread of chalky minerality winds through the finish.
Based on the 2015 vintage, with 40% of reserve wines and 8% still red wine. The blend is 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. With an intense bouquet of raspberry, flowers and lemon, this cuvée possesses a straight, pure and clean palate with vinosity and tension.
Mingling notes of red berries and plums with notions of peach, dried flowers and orange rind. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and elegant, it's bright and charming, with a generous core of fruit, racy acids and a pinpoint mousse. Giving and demonstrative, it's already drinking well.
