Palate Profile
A pure expression of a lightly oaked Pinor Noir, Micault 2018 displays a deep ruby color. This cuvée features aromas of red fruit, fresh rose and peony, with a hint of blood orange. On the palate, the tannins are supple and savory. We also find a full-bodied side which leaves a juicy impression in the mouth. Enjoyable today, this Pommard will evolve gracefully over the next 10 years.
Founded in 1726, Château de Pommard combines three hundred years of savoir-faire and the innovative vision of Famille Carabello-Baum for the future. Located in the heart of Burgundy’s Côte d’Or, Château de Pommard is one of the oldest wine estates in the region and its 300-year-old chateau and clos is UNESCO-protected.
