Gosset Grande Réserve is the signature cuvée of this historic house — a Champagne known for richness, precision and tension, shaped by Gosset’s decision to block malolactic fermentation to preserve natural acidity.
The bouquet is expressive and complex, showing notes of ripe apple, pear, apricot, citrus zest, quince, white flowers, toasted brioche, almond and gentle spice. On the palate it is full, vibrant and beautifully structured, balancing generous fruit with a taut mineral backbone.
The mousse is fine and persistent, and the wine carries a long, elegant finish with hints of hazelnut, baked citrus and chalk.
