Crafted in Épernay, this non-vintage cuvée blends 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, and 10% Meunier from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. Aged 4-5 years on lees, it skips malolactic fermentation for vibrant acidity.
